Sales Development Representative
Pavilion Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can deliver on outbound sales and marketing. We have a proven business model in digital marketing and web development and are looking to expand our outreach to clients who are an ideal fit for Pavilion’s services. Our preferred candidate has a positive outlook and excels at initiating introductory conversations, and strategic listening. With a general understanding of digital marketing, web development, and social media techniques, the representative is able to gather client requirements and leverage insights related to our services to inform problems customers are having.

- Ideally would have experience working within a B2B sales capacity, however B2C experience will also be helpful

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet daily standards for number of outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities
- Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation utilizing the web and other research tools
- Focused on generating outbound leads, (Not required to close deals nor qualify leads)
- Ensuring that clients understand all aspects of Pavilion’s team, services, and benefits
- Successful SDRs are educators who leverage insights to identify a problem customers are having
- Effectively communicate with prospects and customers using phone, email, SMS, and Slack
- Ask probing, business-oriented questions and challenge prospects to reveal pain in their business that might be solved with improved digital strategy
- Update CRM with conversations, competitive information, company size, decision making criteria and other pertinent information
- Provide feedback to Marketing Director and Accounts Lead that will help improve team’s prospecting and demand generation efforts
- Practice the pitch, manage objeections, and it’s game time

- Thrives in growing company environment, and works well independently
- Experience in sales for B2B and B2C, making cold introduction calls
